Founded in 2018 by Anne Brookshire, Among the Pines has become a guide to the best of East Texas!
Having been a professional photographer for over nine years, Anne is incredibly passionate about visual aesthetics. She wanted to showcase the best that East Texas has to offer in a way that would make locals proud and convince even the most engrossed big city dweller to plan a trip! And so Among the Pines came to be.
Among the Pines is a place where small businesses, artists, restaurants and so much more can be discovered by both neighbors down the street and folks all across Texas.
East Texas is such a gem and its our goal to make sure the world knows it!
